What is a trust?


A trust is a legal arrangement that gives a person or business the authority to hold Assets on your behalf. A trust may also include instructions on what to do with the Asset(s). (Trusts cover more than just Real Estate)

  • Grantor: Person setting up the trust

  • Trustee: Person managing the trust

  • Beneficiaries or Heirs: Person(s) receiving the assets
